BIKRAM HOT YOGA the original hot yoga, is a unique series of 26 hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises specifically designed to work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body. Bikram is conducted in a room heated to 38.5c with a humidity of 40% to assist in greater flexibility, reduce muscle strain and help cleanse and detoxify the body.
EXPRESS BIKRAM YOGA is a 60-minute flowing version of the original Bikram Hot Yoga 90 minute class. All 26 postures are performed but with less breaks and set up time. This class will leave you feeling energised and invigorated – a great class for busy people on the run.
Every posture is beginner friendly and each student works to their own ability.

POWER+ is a unique combination of Hot Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, HIIT and strength training. A total body workout, Power+ is set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group with the addition of light hand weights. Exercises such as planks, squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated into the Vinyasa flow to build lean muscle mass. Complete with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Yin Yoga stretching this class will take your strength and flexibility to new heights.

YIN YOGA is the perfect balance for our other styles of ‘yang’ yoga (e.g. Bikram. ie The Yin to balance the Yang). It is a slow paced style of yoga where postures are typically held (on the floor) for 3-5 minutes, applying moderate stress to the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and fascia), with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints and improving flexibility. Yin has a strong focus on breath, resulting in a deep release through areas of the body that often hold tension. This practice is excellent for people with tight muscles, or injuries.

HOT PILATES+ is an upbeat class consisting of traditional mat pilates exercises, plus a mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and weight work to strengthen your core and tone your body. Conducted in a 34 degree room, it will be one of the best workouts you’ve had… you’ll leave feeling energised and inspired!

YOGA+ is a dynamic and flowing yoga practice, whilst also incorporating holds in some postures. The flow and postures help cultivate focus, building on breath awareness and mindfulness. The holding of traditional yoga poses help detoxify, build strength and conditioning of the body and mind. Suitable for all levels, but also providing opportunities to grow your practice by building strength and offering challenges with more advanced poses.
