What is Yoga Flow?  
Yoga Flow is a vinyasa style of yoga where postures and breath are linked together to create a dynamic moving meditation.  Suitable for all levels, but also providing opportunities to grow your practice by building strength and offering challenges with more advanced poses.  Great for experienced beginners and intermediate students, this class may include inversions and arm balances. Each practice is an expression of the teachers focus for the day so have fun and explore your potential!
