Bikram Teacher Assit Workshop, Mon 6th June.

The Power+ Yoga Teacher Assist Class was such a hit that we thought we’d do the same for Bikram.

 

When?

Monday 6th June, 6pm -7.45pm. SIGN UP NOW

 

This class will be lead by not one but two Senior Teachers, Jade (Studio Director) and Darren. If you want to learn, are interested in hands on adjustments, then this class is for you!

 

Note,
– Class may run up to 7.45pm due to demonstrations / discussions
– If hands on adjustments are not for you, just let us know before class
