The Original HOT Yoga
Bikram’s HOT YOGA is a unique series of 26 postures & 2 breathing excercises is performed in a room heated at 38-39 degrees celcius and systematically works each and every part of the body. The warm room encourages greater flexibility, reduces the chance of muscle strain and at the same time helps to cleanse and detoxify the body. Each posture contributes to help maintain optimum health, maximum function while improving stamina and endurance.
Bikram Hot Yoga also combines essential skills of concentration, patience, determination and self-control, which can lead to increased mental clarity, reduced stress and an improvement in overall well-being.
Bikram Hot Yoga is for everyone, regardless of fitness level and flexibility! Each class and every posture is beginner-friendly. Our dedicated and experienced instructors will guide you through every stage of your practice. No bookings necessary. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Discover how you can go deeper into your Bikram practice with proper techniques, which will help improve your balance, flexilility, strength, and co-ordination.
Open to students of all levels. Beginners welcome. Sarah Madden (advanced teacher) will be leading the class. This will take place of the regular 9:30am class.
